Double-hand Poker is a modern game with old ancestry. Built on the old Chinese domino game and the modern American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the eastern with the wild west in a wonderful game for starting players.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player versus the dealer, unlike most other poker games that players wager against other players. By wagering against the dealer, starting players do not have to fret about other, more knowledgeable gamblers taking their cash.
A further Pai Gow advantage is the fairly leisurely game pace, rookies are able to take their time and plan while not having to make quick decisions.
It is also simpler to enjoy for a very long time with basically a little amount of cash seeing as, to lose, each of your hands needs to be under each of the dealer’s hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the normal 52-card basic deck and a single joker. The gambler is assigned seven cards face up and the croupier is dealt seven cards face down.
One five card hand and a 2 card hand have to be put together from the seven cards, the 5 card hand has to be better than the 2 card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be better than the houses.
