Double-hand Poker is a modern game with old origins. Based on the ancient Chinese domino game and the current American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the far east with the west in a fantastic game for starting gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player versus the dealer, unlike the majority of other poker games that players wager with other gamblers. By playing against the dealer, new players do not need to worry about other, more advanced players winning their mulla.
An additional Pai Gow advantage is the generally slow game play, novices should be able to take their time and strategize without having to make quick decisions.
It is also simpler to bet on for a very long time with just a small amount of cash seeing as, to lose, each of your hands must be under each of the dealer’s hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the normal 52-card basic deck and a single joker. The gambler is dealt 7 cards face up and the dealer is given 7 cards faces hidden.
A five card hand and a 2 card hand have to be put together from the 7 cards, the five card hand has to be stronger than the 2 card hand. To win, a player needs both of his hand values to be higher than the houses.
