Web poker has become globally celebrated recently, with televised championships and celebrity poker game events. Its universal appeal, though, stretches back in reality a bit further than its TV ratings. Over the years many types on the original poker game have been created, including a few games that are not quite poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of the above-mentioned games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely resembling 21 than long-standing poker, in that the gamblers bet against the house instead of the other players. The winning hands, are the long-standing poker hands. There is no bluffing or different kinds of boondoggle. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to ante up just before the croupier broadcasting "No further bets." At that point, both you and the casino and of course every one of the other gamblers receive five cards each. After you have seen your hand and the casino’s first card, you must in turn make a call bet or give up. The call bet’s amount is equal to your beginning ante, indicating that the risks will have doubled. Bowing out means that your wager goes instantaneously to the bank. After the wager is the showdown. If the bank does not have ace/king or better, your bet is returned, with a sum on par with the ante. If the dealer has a hand with ace/king or better, you succeed if your hand defeats the bank’s hand. The bank pays out chips even with your original bet and fixed expectations on your call bet. These odds are:

  • Even for a pair or high card
  • 2-1 for 2 pairs
  • 3-1 for 3 of a kind
  • four to one for a straight
  • 5-1 for a flush
  • seven to one for a full house
  • 20-1 for a four of a kind
  • 50-1 for a straight flush
  • one hundred to one for a royal flush
